Licensed recruitment of skilled Filipino professionals for UAE employers. Your company is the direct employer — we run selection in Manila, the UAE permit process and the Philippine exit formalities end to end. From 1 worker.
Hospitality, office, technical, healthcare, regional and visa-route guides for hiring Filipino workers in the UAE — each answers one question, all lead back here.
Every UAE project runs on the same backbone: you define the roles, headcount and start date; our own DMW-licensed agency in Manila, Prime Search, sources and trade-tests candidates; you approve the shortlist (on-site or online); and we manage the UAE permit process under your power of attorney while the Philippine side — contract verification, medical, pre-departure orientation and the Overseas Employment Certificate — runs in parallel. The employment contract is signed and verified before departure; your new employee lands, completes local onboarding and clocks in.
The UAE specifics below are the part that makes United Arab Emirates different from every other market we serve.
MOHRE work permit and employment residence visa. The UAE is one of the fastest markets we serve. The employer (mainland or free zone) obtains the work permit and entry permit, the worker completes medical and Emirates ID after arrival and receives the employment residence visa. On the Philippine side, the employer and contract are verified by the Migrant Workers Office in Dubai or Abu Dhabi before deployment.
Labour-market test: No labour-market test. Emiratisation applies to mainland companies with 50 or more employees (an annual 2-percentage-point increase of Emiratis in skilled roles, reaching 10 % by 31 December 2026; AED 9,000 per month per missing Emirati) and to companies with 20–49 employees in 14 designated sectors (two Emirati hires); foreign hires need a MoHRE work permit inside the company's quota. Free-zone companies obtain permits from their free-zone authority and are outside the MoHRE quota.
Shortage occupations: No list; UAE demand spans hospitality, construction, facilities, healthcare and retail.
Deploying a Filipino worker abroad is regulated by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). MWO Dubai and MWO Abu Dhabi verify employers and contracts; a verified contract is required before the DMW issues the Overseas Employment Certificate. The verified contract, together with the job order approved by the DMW, allows the worker to obtain the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) — the exit clearance without which no Filipino worker can legally leave for a job abroad. Pre-employment orientation, medical examination at a DOH-accredited medical clinic authorised to examine overseas Filipino workers and pre-departure orientation complete the sequence. Because we operate the licensed agency ourselves, this runs in parallel with the UAE permit rather than after it.
Typical gate-to-gate time for United Arab Emirates is 4–8 weeks from signed engagement to the first arrival, driven mainly by the employer's MOHRE or free-zone permit and quota, with MWO verification and DMW processing running in parallel in Manila. Sourcing and trade testing usually take two to four weeks and are not on the critical path. We give you a written timeline for your specific role before you commit.
Sectors where UAE employers most often hire Filipino workers through us:
Our contractual partner is the employer, and it is the employer we invoice for the service. You receive an individual offer for United Arab Emirates covering sourcing, trade testing, documentation, the permit process and arrival support — there is no price list, because volumes, roles and the UAE route differ from project to project. Direct employment means the worker's wage is paid by you under your UAE contract; there is no intermediary employer.
An UAE employer briefs us on roles and headcount. Within two to four weeks we present trade-tested candidates from Manila with video assessments; the employer interviews online and approves. We file the mohre work permit and employment residence visa under power of attorney while Prime Search completes the DMW documentation. The employment contracts are signed and MWO-verified before departure; on arrival the workers complete registration and local onboarding and start on the floor — with our team reachable for the first months of integration. Whether the project is one specialist or a full shift, the mechanics are identical.
No labour-market test and digital permits; the Philippine verification runs in parallel.
Yes — the free-zone authority replaces MOHRE for the work permit; the MWO verification is the same.
One of the largest Filipino communities worldwide; retention is strong when contracts are fair and verified.
