Facilities management is the UAE's largest employer of technical and service staff after construction. For FM companies we recruit the whole mix from the Philippines — technicians, supervisors, housekeeping and helpdesk — under one accreditation.
Towers, communities, malls, hospitals and free zones in the UAE are run by facilities-management companies, and those companies need the same profile in volume: technicians who fix, supervisors who inspect, attendants who clean, and coordinators who log it. The Philippines supplies every layer, and Filipino FM supervisors with Gulf experience are a recognised profile in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
One MWO accreditation; then technical and soft-services waves. Technicians are trade-tested (see HVAC and MEP pages), supervisors on inspection and scheduling, helpdesk staff on CAFM entry and English, attendants on task-based tests. Everything here is subject to applicable UAE MoHRE or free-zone, licensing, attestation and visa requirements.
On the UAE side, your company is the sponsor: a signed job offer, MoHRE work-permit approval (or the free-zone equivalent), an entry permit valid sixty days, then medical, Emirates ID biometrics, contract registration and the residence visa — typically two to four weeks once documents are complete. Roles are classified by MoHRE skill level; levels 1–2 require an attested degree, levels 3–4 a diploma. Our UAE company, licensed for HR consultancy in Dubai, advises on classification, attestation and Emiratisation standing and coordinates the sequence with your PRO — it does not place or supply workers, and the employment relationship is yours.
Yes — staged waves matched to the contract start; helpers and attendants where your quota allows.
We screen for yours; Maximo and FSI are common backgrounds.
Technicians and supervisors need attested diplomas or NC II; attendants secondary certificates. Done in Manila.
