Electricians, plumbers, mechanical and ELV technicians, fire-fighting fitters and MEP supervisors for UAE contractors, fit-out companies and maintenance providers — trade-tested in Manila, from a workforce that built the Gulf's towers.
Filipino MEP technicians have been the backbone of Gulf contracting for forty years; the same crews move from projects to maintenance contracts and back. TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II and Plumbing NC II are the standard pathways, and supervisors with tower-project experience in Dubai, Doha and Riyadh are common in the candidate base.
Electricians: circuit fault-finding, motor-control wiring, safe isolation, drawing reading. Plumbers: pipework installation and pressure test. Mechanical and ELV: equipment-specific tasks to your brief. At Prime Search's Makati workshop, watched live by your MEP manager. Everything here is subject to applicable UAE MoHRE or free-zone, licensing, attestation and visa requirements.
On the UAE side, your company is the sponsor: a signed job offer, MoHRE work-permit approval (or the free-zone equivalent), an entry permit valid sixty days, then medical, Emirates ID biometrics, contract registration and the residence visa — typically two to four weeks once documents are complete. Roles are classified by MoHRE skill level; levels 1–2 require an attested degree, levels 3–4 a diploma. Our UAE company, licensed for HR consultancy in Dubai, advises on classification, attestation and Emiratisation standing and coordinates the sequence with your PRO — it does not place or supply workers, and the employment relationship is yours.
Yes — electricians, plumbers, HVAC and ELV in one round under one accreditation; twenty to sixty is a typical FM order.
Trade licences are held by the company; some emirates require civil-defence approval for fire-fighting work, handled on arrival.
Level 4 roles need an attested diploma or NC II; done in Manila.
