1. Data controller
SURKA Group s.r.o., Company ID 05548667, registered at Vodičkova 1277/19, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic ("we"), is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: tomas.surka@surkagroup.com.
2. What we collect and why
When you submit the enquiry form, we process the data you provide — company name, contact name, work e-mail, country of operation, the content of your message, and technical attribution data (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters). We use this data solely to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract),
- maintain records of business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in managing business relationships).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not send unsolicited marketing.
3. Who processes your data
Form submissions are technically processed by Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), acting as our processor. Netlify may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Within our group, enquiry data may be shared with Orienta Czech s.r.o. (Company ID 05224454), which delivers the recruitment service.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship follows or may follow, for up to 3 years from our last communication. Data is then deleted.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any right, write to tomas.surka@surkagroup.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Technical data required to deliver the site (server logs) is processed by our hosting provider. If privacy-friendly, cookieless visit statistics are introduced, this policy will be updated.
