Thirteen European employers hold interview slots in this two-week window — for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania — with roughly 345 open roles between them; a UAE employer is interviewing in parallel outside this European count.

The window opens two weeks after the year's hundredth recruitment project closed: 100 employer programmes and 1,800 workers recruited for Europe between January and September 2026.

Every employer interviews its own shortlist and signs its own employment contracts; selected workers move to contract verification with the Migrant Workers Office before any departure is scheduled. Roles counted here are scheduled vacancies, not placements.

September 2026 round — in progress · 4 September – 5 October 2026

Sixteen employers — fifteen in the EU and one in Dubai — hold interview slots in this window, across manufacturing, automotive, logistics, construction and building services.

Before the window opened, final employer interviews had already been completed for twelve employers, covering more than a hundred roles.

Every employer in the round interviews its own shortlist and signs its own employment contracts; selected workers move to contract verification with the Migrant Workers Office before any departure is scheduled.

How an employer joins the next round

1. You brief us: roles, headcount, destination country and target start date.
2. Prime Search sources from its own candidate base and trade-tests in Manila — typically two to four weeks.
3. You receive your interview slots in the next open window: on site in Makati or online, your choice.
4. You interview and select. Nobody is presented to you who has not passed the trade test for your role.
5. Selected workers sign your employment contract; the Migrant Workers Office verifies it before departure.
6. Permit processing in your country is coordinated by us — {HEDGE}; departure follows the permit.

Interview windows run monthly. If your role needs a trade test we have not yet run, add two weeks. We confirm your slots in writing, with the permit timeline for your country, before you commit to anything.
