Hotels, resorts and restaurant groups recruit in departments, not in job titles — and the route differs by country more in hospitality than in any other industry: seasonal permits in Croatia, the Skills Pass in Malta, skill levels in the Gulf, qualification routes in Germany and Austria, closed doors in the Netherlands and Flanders. These guides are organised by what you are staffing — a hotel, a restaurant group, a resort, a kitchen brigade, a housekeeping operation, a season, an opening — and link to the profession guides (hospitality workers, cooks and chefs, waiters, housekeepers, cleaners) and the country guides.
Operational guides for hotels, resorts and restaurant groups — recruitment process, complete hotel workforce, restaurant and multi-site crews, resort staffing, kitchen brigades, housekeeping operations, seasonal workforce planning, hotel-opening ramp-ups — each answering how to build the team and which countries admit which roles.
Mediterranean and Alpine tourism, the Gulf's hotel pipeline and Central Europe's city hotels all run short of the same people — cooks, service staff, room attendants, receptionists — and all of them have recruited from the Philippines for decades through the cruise lines and the Gulf chains. Croatia issued more than 23,000 seasonal permits in the first seven months of 2026; Dubai closed 2025 with 154,264 rooms at 80.7 % occupancy; Malta requires a Skills Pass of every third-country hospitality worker and still cannot fill its properties. The constraint is rarely supply; it is the route, which differs by country more in hospitality than in any other industry we serve.
A manpower plan by department → feasibility check per role and country → skills verification at our Makati facilities with your department heads watching live → interviews and selection → the certificates the destination requires (Malta's Skills Pass and Pre-Departure Course, for instance) → permits → DMW deployment → phased arrival before the season or the opening. The skills are tested, not assumed: a cook cooks, a waiter serves, a room attendant makes up a room to the standard sheet you send.
