Overseas recruitment from the Philippines for UAE employers

Hotel openings, restaurant launches, project mobilisations and the October season do not wait for a recruitment trip. We run recruitment from the Philippines as a programme — a permanent team in Makati, tests you watch live from Dubai at ten in the morning, both compliance chains in parallel, arrivals in waves.

A programme, not a mission

Most agencies recruit from the Philippines in missions: a trip, a bundle of employers, one week of interviews. A hotel pre-opening or a season cannot be scheduled around that. Our own DMW-licensed agency operates every day in Makati; sourcing, testing and interviews are continuous, and a Dubai employer joins by video with a four-hour time difference.

How it runs

  • Feasibility — roles mapped to MoHRE skill levels, attestation needs, Emiratisation exposure, mainland or free zone, seasonality.
  • Accreditation — your company accredited at MWO Dubai or Abu Dhabi; done once.
  • Recruitment round — sourcing from Prime Search's base, trade or service tests to your standard, English screening, your interviews live or on site, selection.
  • Two chains in parallel — DMW registration, contract verification, medical, PDOS, OEC in Manila; work-permit approval, entry permit, medical, Emirates ID, residence visa in the UAE.
  • Mobilisation — arrivals matched to opening dates and rosters; onboarding coordinated by our Dubai company; further waves reuse the file.

What changes for you

Speed: sourcing starts when your brief arrives. Quality: you see the service test or the trade test, not a CV. Predictability: both governments have verified the employer, the contract and the worker before departure. Everything here is subject to applicable UAE MoHRE or free-zone, licensing, attestation and visa requirements.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can you staff a hotel pre-opening?

Yes — departments in waves (housekeeping and stewarding first, F&B and front office before soft opening), one accreditation, one file.

  • Do we have to travel to Manila?

No. Most UAE clients join tests and interviews live by video; some visit for large cohorts.

  • How is this different from a UAE manpower company?

We never employ or supply the workers. You sponsor and employ them directly; we recruit in the Philippines and coordinate in Dubai.
