Logistics recruitment from the Philippines starts from the shift plan and the go-live date, not from a job ad. Here is how a distribution centre, fulfilment operation or 3PL runs it with us — and the rule that decides everything: which roles can come depends on the country.
From shift plan to tested workforce. An operator sends, for example: 60 pickers and packers, 12 forklift and reach-truck drivers, 6 receivers, 4 inventory controllers, 6 team leaders, three shifts, go-live in week 14. We:
Which logistics roles can come depends on the country. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania and Croatia sponsor warehouse operatives, pickers and forklift drivers on national permits (Croatia exempts warehouse and driver roles from its labour-market test in several counties). Flanders excluded warehouse workers from economic migration on 1 January 2026; the Netherlands' UWV test blocks them; Germany has no unskilled route — qualified logistics roles (dispatchers, team leaders, mechanics) and professional drivers have their own routes. Australia sponsors logistics roles only under a regional DAMA. The Gulf sponsors the full mix at MoHRE skill levels. Professional drivers follow the driver route of each country — licence conversion and Code 95 planned on arrival.
The distribution centres of Dubai, Doha, Riyadh and Singapore — retail, e-commerce, 3PL — and the logistics parks around Manila and Cebu: scanner and WMS discipline, pick rates measured per hour, forklift certification, twelve-hour rotations, English on the floor. Team leaders and inventory controllers come from the same operations with shift-planning and cycle-count experience.
Need professional drivers? Drivers are a profession with its own page and country guides — Germany, Croatia, the UAE — and we do not duplicate them here: see /truck-drivers/. In September 2026 a single five-day round recruited 117 truck drivers for one Lithuanian transport company; the licence conversion and Code 95 phase was planned into the timeline, as it must be in every EU country.
Recruitment runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024): your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office for the destination, the job order is registered with the DMW, and every worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate. The Philippine ban on direct hiring applies; the employer is always your company, directly.
Everything here is subject to the permit, qualification and licensing requirements of the destination country.
Two to four weeks to a tested shortlist; three to five months to arrival in Central Europe; weeks in the Gulf.
Yes — most operators pilot 15–30 and scale by wave.
Not for warehouse operatives — Flanders excluded them in 2026 and the Dutch UWV test blocks them; qualified roles (dispatchers, team leaders) are a different question.
