A new warehouse goes live on a date and ramps to volume over months; the workforce must do the same. We size waves to the one thing we cannot recruit around — how many people you can house, induct and supervise per week — and stagger permits so arrivals match the curve.
Housing for 150 ready for 60; one permit batch decided in one week; induction written for locals; MHE certification not booked, so drivers pick by hand for a fortnight; a first wave housed badly that the second wave hears about. We plan housing before the first test, stagger filings, book certification with you, write the induction with your supervisors and treat the commissioning crew as the reference the programme is judged by.
Which logistics roles can come depends on the country. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania and Croatia sponsor warehouse operatives, pickers and forklift drivers on national permits (Croatia exempts warehouse and driver roles from its labour-market test in several counties). Flanders excluded warehouse workers from economic migration on 1 January 2026; the Netherlands' UWV test blocks them; Germany has no unskilled route — qualified logistics roles (dispatchers, team leaders, mechanics) and professional drivers have their own routes. Australia sponsors logistics roles only under a regional DAMA. The Gulf sponsors the full mix at MoHRE skill levels. Professional drivers follow the driver route of each country — licence conversion and Code 95 planned on arrival.
Need professional drivers? Drivers are a profession with its own page and country guides — Germany, Croatia, the UAE — and we do not duplicate them here: see /truck-drivers/. In September 2026 a single five-day round recruited 117 truck drivers for one Lithuanian transport company; the licence conversion and Code 95 phase was planned into the timeline, as it must be in every EU country.
Recruitment runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024): your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office for the destination, the job order is registered with the DMW, and every worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate. The Philippine ban on direct hiring applies; the employer is always your company, directly.
Everything here is subject to the permit, qualification and licensing requirements of the destination country.
Yes — the calendar runs back from the date; brief four to five months ahead in Central Europe.
One pipeline, one permit track, waves per site.
Waves are re-timed and selected workers kept warm with confirmed later dates.
