What you get from a licensed Philippine agency

Under Philippine law the licensed agency is the party a foreign employer contracts with: it registers your job order with the DMW, sources and screens, runs documentation and secures each worker's exit clearance. Prime Search does the parts that decide quality — sourcing from its own base, practical trade tests at its Makati workshop, language preparation with partner schools, recognition-file preparation — and presents shortlists with test results and recorded interviews.

On the German side the group's EU delivery entity coordinates the recognition application, the fast-track procedure with your Ausländerbehörde under your power of attorney where you choose it, the visa appointment in Manila and arrival. Everything here is subject to applicable German recognition, immigration, licensing and labour-law requirements.

• Brief and feasibility — roles, site, tariff status, which route fits which candidate profile, language target and timeline.
• MWO accreditation — recruitment agreement, job order, master employment contract, commercial-register extract, submitted to MWO Berlin; verified set registered with the DMW.
• Recruitment round — sourcing, trade tests, German-language screening or enrolment, your interviews live online from Germany, selection.
• Documentation — recognition file (ZAB, Handwerkskammer, IHK FOSA or Land authority), visa or fast-track file, contract verification, medical, pre-departure orientation, OEC.

• Can we use the fast-track procedure through you?

  Yes — the § 81a procedure is filed by the employer at its Ausländerbehörde under a power of attorney; we prepare the complete file and coordinate.

• How is the agency paid?

  By the employer, under an individual proposal. Our contractual partner is you.
