Recruitment from the Philippines to Germany fails when language and recognition are afterthoughts. We run it as a programme: sourcing and trade tests in Makati, German to A2 or B1 while the recognition file is prepared, both compliance chains in parallel, arrivals in waves.
Our own DMW-licensed agency operates every day in Makati. For Germany the round has an extra phase most markets do not: candidates selected in week three start German in week four, and the recognition or fast-track file is prepared while they study. A German employer joins tests and interviews by video at nine in the morning Manila time — three in the afternoon in Germany.
Speed where the law allows it, honesty where it does not: we tell you at feasibility which candidates can travel on the experience route in months and which need a year of language and recognition. Everything here is subject to applicable German recognition, immigration, licensing and labour-law requirements.
Only on the experience route for candidates who already hold A2–B1 German — a minority. Most programmes take six to twelve months; we say so at feasibility.
We organise them in Manila with Goethe-Institut Manila and partner schools as part of the programme; the candidate studies while the file is prepared.
No; most German clients join tests and interviews live by video.
