How we test fish processing workers
Filleting speed/yield test; hygiene assessment. You approve the shortlist yourself — in Manila with our team, or online with recorded assessments.
Where we deliver
We place fish processing workers with employers across the EU, the UK, Norway, the Gulf, Australia and New Zealand. The permit route and timeline depend on the destination — see the country guides for the process in your market, or tell us the destination and we confirm feasibility before you commit.
How the process works
- You brief us: number of fish processing workers, process mix or specialisation, start date, destination.
- Prime Search sources and trade-tests candidates in Manila; you receive profiles with test results.
- You interview and approve — on-site or online.
- We coordinate the destination permit — under your power of attorney where the law allows it — or through a licensed immigration adviser where the destination regulates immigration advice (Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom) — and run the DMW/MWO documentation in parallel.
- Arrival, local onboarding and registration, integration support — the employment contract with you as direct employer is signed and verified before departure.
