Nobody can deploy 200 third-country workers for Christmas in a few weeks — no EU permit route works that fast, and we will not pretend otherwise. What planned international recruitment does is build the permanent Filipino core that carries the base load all year, so that local and flexible labour covers the peak on top of it; and where a destination route allows fixed-term employment, a planned peak wave filed in summer arrives in October. Here is the calendar and the structure.
Whether the peak wave stays as core (most operators keep the best 30–50 %), redeploys to a sister site or plant in the group, or ends the contract as written — and said plainly at selection. Workers who know the plan perform the peak; workers who find out in January do not. Central European warehouse permits are standard permits, not seasonal ones, so the contract term is yours to set.
Which logistics roles can come depends on the country. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania and Croatia sponsor warehouse operatives, pickers and forklift drivers on national permits (Croatia exempts warehouse and driver roles from its labour-market test in several counties). Flanders excluded warehouse workers from economic migration on 1 January 2026; the Netherlands' UWV test blocks them; Germany has no unskilled route — qualified logistics roles (dispatchers, team leaders, mechanics) and professional drivers have their own routes. Australia sponsors logistics roles only under a regional DAMA. The Gulf sponsors the full mix at MoHRE skill levels. Professional drivers follow the driver route of each country — licence conversion and Code 95 planned on arrival.
Need professional drivers? Drivers are a profession with its own page and country guides — Germany, Croatia, the UAE — and we do not duplicate them here: see /truck-drivers/. In September 2026 a single five-day round recruited 117 truck drivers for one Lithuanian transport company; the licence conversion and Code 95 phase was planned into the timeline, as it must be in every EU country.
Recruitment runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024): your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office for the destination, the job order is registered with the DMW, and every worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate. The Philippine ban on direct hiring applies; the employer is always your company, directly.
Everything here is subject to the permit, qualification and licensing requirements of the destination country.
For this year, yes; for next year it is exactly on time. A May brief arrives in October.
Croatia's seasonal permit covers tourism and agriculture, not warehousing; Central European peaks run on standard permits with the contract term you set.
Yes within one legal employer and country; across countries it is two permit tracks.
General information for employers, not legal or migration advice. Rules change; we re-verify before each hire.
