Hire Filipino IT specialists in Germany

IT is the one occupation where Germany asks for experience, not certificates: two years and a salary of €45,630 open the door with no degree and no German. The Philippines' BPO and software industry supplies developers, administrators and support engineers who already work for Western clients.

The two routes

Graduates take the EU Blue Card at €50,700 (or €45,934.20 as IT is a shortage occupation and for entrants). Professionals without a degree — self-taught developers, bootcamp graduates, administrators who grew up in BPO operations — take the § 6 BeschV IT route: two years of relevant experience in the last five and a job offer at €45,630, no qualification and no language requirement. The Federal Employment Agency's 2025 analysis no longer lists software development as a national shortage group, but employer-level demand for experienced developers and administrators remains.

Who we recruit

Developers (Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python), DevOps and cloud engineers, system and network administrators, IT support engineers, QA — screened with technical tests and recorded interviews for your lead; from Manila, Cebu and Clark's software-services and BPO sectors. Everything here is subject to applicable German recognition, immigration, licensing and labour-law requirements.

Sponsorship and compliance

Recruitment in the Philippines runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024). Your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office in Berlin — recruitment agreement, job order, master employment contract, commercial-register extract — and the verified file is registered with the Department of Migrant Workers. Every selected worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate.

Frequently asked questions

  • No degree — really no problem?

On the § 6 IT route, yes: experience and salary decide; the ZAB check does not apply to IT.

  • Do we need the fast-track procedure?

Optional; IT files at the Embassy in Manila are usually fast because no recognition is involved.

  • Can they work remotely from the Philippines first?

Employment under these routes is in Germany; a remote period before entry is a separate contractual matter.
