October 2026 on the Makati recruitment calendar: thirteen employers from five countries — the Czech Republic, Lithuania, the United Arab Emirates, Poland and Slovakia — recruited 252 positions at Prime Search over 20 recruitment days, with ten more candidates held in reserve. The recruitment is done; contract verification, permits and departures now follow.

A recruitment day, in our counting, is one employer interviewing and selecting from its pre-tested shortlist for one day — on site in Makati or live online. October 2026 had 20 of them, for 13 employers from five countries, and between them those employers recruited 252 positions, with ten further candidates selected as reserves.
The month was shaped by two rounds. One Lithuanian transport company ran a six-day round for long-haul truck and trailer drivers and selected 126 against a brief of 100 — the largest single round of the autumn. One Czech automotive plant selected 42 production operators in two days, ahead of the November start. Around them: copper brazers and welders, spray painters, foundry moulders and grinders, electricians, masons and carpenters, production and PTFE operators, tool makers and press setters, and housekeeping staff — the ordinary, specific vacancies of Central European industry.
One employer came from outside Europe: a United Arab Emirates fleet and equipment company recruited 21 workshop specialists over two days — heavy-vehicle mechanics and assistants, service and light-vehicle mechanics, an auto electrician, a denter, a painter, a hose maker and heavy-equipment operators. The round was recruited in Manila on the same calendar as the European ones; only the permit route differs.
What follows now is deployment, and it runs the same way for every selected worker: an employment contract with the employer, verified by the Migrant Workers Office with jurisdiction for the destination; the destination-country permit — Employee Card, temporary residence permit, single permit, Polish work permit or UAE work permit; medical, document authentication, pre-departure orientation and the Overseas Employment Certificate. In the Czech Republic the timing also depends on the monthly capacity of the Qualified Employee Programme.
With October, more than 2,000 workers have been recruited for European employers since January 2026. The calendar does not stop between months: sourcing runs continuously from the Prime Search candidate base — a Facebook following of 1.5 million Filipino jobseekers — and trade tests run every working day, so an employer joining the calendar interviews a pre-tested shortlist, not an empty room.
