100 recruitment projects. 1,800 workers. Nine months.

In September 2026 our recruitment operation in Manila completed its hundredth project of the year: one hundred separate employer programmes, 1,800 Filipino workers recruited for European employers, three quarters of the year gone. This is what a year of continuous recruitment — not recruitment missions — looks like in numbers.

What happened

A recruitment project, in our counting, is one employer programme: a brief, a sourcing round, trade tests, interviews, selection, and the documentation of every selected worker through the Philippine exit process. Some projects are two people for a dairy farm; some are sixty for a factory opening. In the first nine months of 2026 there were one hundred of them, and together they recruited 1,800 Filipino workers for employers in Europe.

The number matters less than the shape of it. One hundred projects in nine months is roughly one every three days — a rhythm that no recruitment-mission model can sustain, and the direct result of running a permanent team in Makati: sourcing, testing and interviewing every working day, with employers joining live from Europe. It is the operating model described on our how-we-recruit page, measured.

Every one of the 1,800 workers signed an employment contract with the company that hired them, verified by the Migrant Workers Office with jurisdiction for the destination before departure. Nobody in these photographs is employed by an agency. The Philippine side runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc.; the European side through the group's licensed EU delivery entity, Orienta Czech s.r.o., and under the licensing and immigration rules of each destination.

The photographs are the year as it looked from the inside — interview groups in the Makati facilities, welding tests, pre-departure sessions — assembled by the Prime Search team to mark the hundredth project. Client names are withheld; individual employers are named only with written consent.

Two weeks after the milestone, the same teams were recruiting for the next set of European employers, and on 29 September the group is once again General Gold Partner of Czech National Day in Manila, hosted by the Embassy of the Czech Republic — a fixture that reflects how established the Philippines–Central Europe corridor has become.

The route every worker in this cohort took

  1. Employer brief — roles, headcount, destination country; feasibility and route confirmed.
  2. Sourcing from Prime Search's own candidate base; practical trade tests at the Makati facilities.
  3. Employer interviews — on site in Makati, live online, or from recorded tests.
  4. Employment contract with the employer, signed and verified by the Migrant Workers Office for the destination.
  5. Destination-country permit — coordinated by us under the rules of each country.
  6. Medical, document authentication, pre-departure orientation, Overseas Employment Certificate.
  7. Send-off in Makati, flight, onboarding with the employer.
