Nobody is presented to an automotive plant who has not passed a station test. The tests are built from your work instructions, WPS and drawings, run in Makati while your launch team watches, and scored on a card you keep — which is why a wave can run a line in week one.
Live from your plant with the right to stop a test and ask; your own trainer may run it on site in Makati or by instructing ours; recordings with timestamps for delegated programmes. You keep scorecards, recordings and measured first-offs. Interviews follow the same day.
Which automotive roles can come depends on the country. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania and Croatia sponsor assembly and production operators on national permits; Germany and Austria sponsor qualified trades only — mechatronics, machinists, welders, maintenance electricians, vehicle mechanics — through the experience, recognition or shortage-occupation routes; Flanders and the Netherlands do not admit low-skilled production roles; Australia sponsors motor and diesel mechanics and trades on the Core Skills list, operators only under a DAMA; the Gulf sponsors the full mix. We map every line of a plant brief to that rule before quoting.
Recruitment runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024): your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office for the destination, the job order is registered with the DMW, and every worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate. The Philippine ban on direct hiring applies; the employer is always your company, directly.
Everything here is subject to the permit, qualification and licensing requirements of the destination country.
Yes — plants send their certification checklist and we run it as the test.
