An OEM plant is five workforces under one roof — press, body, paint, assembly, logistics — plus the maintenance and quality layer that keeps them running. Each shop has its own test, its own ratio of operators to skilled trades, and in Germany and Austria its own answer to the country rule.
A typical brief for a shift: 60 assembly operators, 12 body-shop welders and robot-cell operators, 8 paint operators, 6 logistics drivers, 4 maintenance technicians, 3 quality inspectors, 6 team leaders. We test each line separately and assemble the wave as a shift, so that the first wave can run a line rather than fill gaps across five.
Which automotive roles can come depends on the country. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania and Croatia sponsor assembly and production operators on national permits; Germany and Austria sponsor qualified trades only — mechatronics, machinists, welders, maintenance electricians, vehicle mechanics — through the experience, recognition or shortage-occupation routes; Flanders and the Netherlands do not admit low-skilled production roles; Australia sponsors motor and diesel mechanics and trades on the Core Skills list, operators only under a DAMA; the Gulf sponsors the full mix. We map every line of a plant brief to that rule before quoting.
Recruitment runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024): your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office for the destination, the job order is registered with the DMW, and every worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate. The Philippine ban on direct hiring applies; the employer is always your company, directly.
Everything here is subject to the permit, qualification and licensing requirements of the destination country.
Body-shop welders, machinists, mechatronics and maintenance electricians through the experience or recognition route; assembly and paint operators do not have a German route.
Hungary's and Poland's cell and module plants brief electrode, cell-assembly and formation operators plus cleanroom and maintenance technicians — the same programme with a cleanroom screen.
Smaller numbers, from Philippine automotive-parts and electronics plants; brief the robot brand.
