Philippine recruitment agency for Australian employers

Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. is our own DMW-licensed recruitment agency in Makati. Australian employers engage it to source, trade-test and deploy Filipino workers — with the employer verification, job order and exit clearance handled as one file.

What you get from a licensed Philippine agency

A Philippine recruitment agency is not a job board. Under Philippine law it is the licensed party that a foreign employer contracts with to recruit its nationals: it registers your job order with the Department of Migrant Workers, sources and screens candidates, runs the documentation and secures each worker's exit clearance. Without a licensed agency, an Australian employer is limited to name-hiring a maximum of five Filipino workers under a DMW exemption.

Prime Search does the parts that decide quality: it sources from its own candidate base rather than the open market, runs practical trade tests at its own facilities in Makati, and presents shortlists with test results and recorded interviews. You interview on site, live online from Australia, or from the recordings.

How an Australian employer engages us

  • Brief and feasibility — occupation on the Core Skills Occupation List, skills-assessment obligation for Philippine passports, salary against the Core Skills Income Threshold, sponsorship status.
  • Employer verification — your company documents and the employment contract template go to MWO Canberra; the job order is registered with the DMW.
  • Recruitment round — sourcing, trade test, your interviews, selection; typically two to four weeks to a tested shortlist.
  • Documentation — TRA skills assessment file where required, medical, contract signing and MWO verification, pre-departure orientation, Overseas Employment Certificate.
  • Mobilisation — coordinated with your visa grants and site start dates; second waves reuse the same file.

What we are not

We are not a labour-hire company and we do not employ the workers. The employment contract is yours, the sponsorship is yours, and the worker reports to you. We are the recruitment and process partner — in Manila and, through the group's employer-facing team, on your side of the route.

Everything here is subject to applicable Australian skills assessment, licensing, occupation and visa requirements.

Frequently asked questions

  • Is the agency accredited to work with Australian employers?

Prime Search holds a DMW licence for landbased overseas employment. Each Australian employer is verified individually by MWO Canberra before a job order is registered — that verification is part of our onboarding of you as a client.

  • Can we visit the agency in Manila?

Yes. Employers regularly sit in on trade tests and interviews at the Makati facilities; many choose to join live online instead.

  • How is the agency paid?

By the employer, under an individual proposal. Our contractual partner is you; we do not sell placements to workers.
