German logistics needs skilled warehouse staff and has no visa for unskilled pickers. For Filipino candidates that means two routes: the Ausbildung to Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik with B1, or the experience route for logistics diploma holders with two years' experience.
Warehouse picking and packing are unskilled in German immigration law, and there is no visa for them. Skilled logistics roles exist: the Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik is a three-year Ausbildung, the Fachlagerist a two-year one — both open to Filipino apprentices with B1 — and logistics graduates and diploma holders with two years' 3PL experience fit the experience route as dispatchers, shift leads and inventory controllers.
Prime Search sources from Philippine 3PL and e-commerce warehouses and logistics graduates; forklift tests on the machine in Makati; WMS and English screening; German to B1 with partner schools. Everything here is subject to applicable German recognition, immigration, licensing and labour-law requirements.
Recruitment in the Philippines runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024). Your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office in Berlin — recruitment agreement, job order, master employment contract, commercial-register extract — and the verified file is registered with the Department of Migrant Workers. Every selected worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate.
Not as unskilled labour; as apprentices to Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, or as skilled dispatchers and leads on the experience route.
German Staplerschein on arrival; Philippine forklift experience shortens the training.
