Industrial electricians for plants and building electricians for contractors — Germany's shortage in electrical trades is one of its deepest (IW gap 13,800 in electrical engineering technology), and Filipino electricians with diplomas and Gulf plant experience fit the experience route.
Building electrics carries one of the highest shortage indicators in the Federal Employment Agency's 2025 analysis, and industrial electrical technology is among the largest gaps the IW counts. The Philippines produces electricians through TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, two- and three-year electrical technology diplomas and the Registered Master Electrician licence; its electricians have wired Gulf towers and plants for decades.
Circuit fault-finding, motor-control wiring, safe isolation, drawing reading at Prime Search's Makati facilities; PLC basics for automation roles; German enrolment the week after selection.
On arrival, VDE and DGUV training and the employer's assessment for Elektrofachkraft status; where the German title is needed, the recognition partnership route is used.
Route for this trade: the experience route (§ 6 BeschV) for candidates with a two- or three-year technical diploma and two years' experience — at tariff pay in a tariff-bound company, or €45,630 a year in 2026 — with no recognition procedure; the recognition partnership (§ 16d) with A2 German where you want the German title; the vocational-training visa (§ 16a) with B1 for candidates who hold an NC II only. We check the training length behind every certificate before presenting a candidate.
Recruitment in the Philippines runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024). Your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office in Berlin — recruitment agreement, job order, master employment contract, commercial-register extract — and the verified file is registered with the Department of Migrant Workers. Every selected worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate.
Everything here is subject to applicable German recognition, immigration, licensing and labour-law requirements.
Elektrofachkraft status is assigned by the employer on the basis of qualification and experience under DGUV rules; many employers assign it after a documented induction. A recognised German title removes the question.
Diploma holders (Electrical Technology, two or three years) with two years' experience, at tariff pay or €45,630.
We screen for both and test differently; say which.
