Recruit Filipino construction workers for Germany

German building and civil contractors are short of skilled construction workers — the Federal Employment Agency lists construction trades among the strongest shortage groups. The honest frame: skilled trades with diplomas can come on the experience route, apprentices on the training visa, and there is no visa for unskilled construction labour.

The limit, first

Germany has no visa for unskilled construction labour. A Filipino helper or labourer without a two-year qualification cannot be brought in on any route; a mason or formwork carpenter with a Construction Technology diploma and two years' experience can, on the experience route, at Bau-Tarif. Younger candidates with an NC II can come as apprentices. We turn down labour-only requests.

The trades that fit

Concrete and reinforced-concrete workers, masons, formwork and structural carpenters, road and civil-engineering workers — Filipino crews have built Gulf towers and infrastructure for decades and hold TESDA certificates in the trades; diploma holders exist among foremen and specialised workers. Trade tests in Manila: set-out, formwork build, masonry to line and level, rebar from bar-bending schedules.

Route for this trade: the experience route (§ 6 BeschV) for candidates with a two- or three-year technical diploma and two years' experience — at tariff pay in a tariff-bound company, or €45,630 a year in 2026 — with no recognition procedure; the recognition partnership (§ 16d) with A2 German where you want the German title; the vocational-training visa (§ 16a) with B1 for candidates who hold an NC II only. We check the training length behind every certificate before presenting a candidate.

Sponsorship and compliance

Recruitment in the Philippines runs through our own DMW-licensed agency, Prime Search Manpower Agency Inc. in Makati (licence DMW-027-LB-11182024). Your company is accredited at the Migrant Workers Office in Berlin — recruitment agreement, job order, master employment contract, commercial-register extract — and the verified file is registered with the Department of Migrant Workers. Every selected worker leaves Manila with a verified contract, medical clearance, pre-departure orientation and an Overseas Employment Certificate.

Everything here is subject to applicable German recognition, immigration, licensing and labour-law requirements.
