What you get

Under Philippine law the licensed agency is the party a foreign employer contracts with; Prime Search registers your job order with the DMW, sources from its own base, trade-tests in Makati and runs each worker's documentation and exit clearance. For Austria we add the Pre-Check register screening, a points estimate per candidate and — on request — German preparation with partner schools. The Prague entity prepares the Rot-Weiß-Rot file with you and coordinates the AMS regional office and the residence authority; the application is yours.

How to engage us

• Brief and feasibility — shortage occupation and Land, collective agreement, Pre-Check fit, language target.
• MWO accreditation — recruitment agreement, job order, master employment contract, commercial-register extract; verified set registered with the DMW.
• Recruitment round — sourcing, tests, your interviews live; typically two to four weeks to a shortlist.
• File and application — points evidence, qualification documents, employer declaration; you file; eight-week decision.
• Mobilisation — Visa D, arrival, card collection, onboarding; renewals from the same file. Everything here is subject to the Fachkräfteverordnung in force, the AMS assessment and Austrian residence and labour law.
